Voluntary redundancy australian public service

There are arrangements applying in the Australian Public Service ( APS ) which limit the subsequent employment of people who have received a redundancy benefit. If you choose voluntary redundancy , you are typically entitled to redundancy pay. An employer calculates the amount based on your years of service to the company.
